When it comes to fitness, it’s movement for life! Amy has been a group fitness instructor for 6 years and a personal trainer for 3 years. Amy has taught just about everything there is, from cycling to core training, and even dabbled in yoga poses and kickboxing! Currently, she is actively teaching strength training and is certified in cardio fuse, surge strength, and more.

When she’s not teaching or training, Amy loves to be outside soaking up the sun rays and doing all the summer activities. She loves running, hiking, biking on the green belt, and spending time with family. She is married to her better half of 12 years and is a mother to four beautiful children. When she has time, Amy loves to cook and bake new recipes.
