Yoga classes

Vinyasa: is a style of yoga that is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another. Breath is linked to each movement in order to create a sense of balance in the body and mind. This is the perfect way to warm up before climbing or a great workout on your active rest days off the wall!

Yinyasa: This flow class activates muscle layers sequentially to your core, you’ll be surprised at what your body can do and how good you’ll feel while doing it!
Delve into specific movements designed to enhance climbing and vitality. This vinyasa class meets you where you are in energy, strength, and flexibility and entices you to the next level of synergy with your body. Options for increasing or decreasing intensity are modeled so you can choose your own adventure. All expressions are welcome!

Morning Flow: This is a Vinyasa-style class where you link movement with breath. We start slowly to safely warm the muscles and joints, then ease into fluid movement using the breath to build heat within. This is an all-level class where the instructor will offer various options to modify or intensify the poses based on the body’s needs. This moving meditation will leave you feeling more balanced, flexible, and stronger in both body and mind.

Yin: a tranquil departure from the hustle and bustle. We begin gently, nurturing muscles and joints, syncing every move with your breath. Suitable for all levels, our instructor offers personalized pose options. This moving meditation leaves you balanced, flexible, and mentally empowered, ready to face life's challenges with grace.

Yoga Unwind: This is a more relaxing style of yoga with simple poses that are held for extended periods of time (2-5 minutes). Yin yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. It is aimed at the connective tissues in the body to help increase the range of motion, reduce chronic pain, and promote relaxation. A beginner-friendly class with no inversions or flows required, Yin yoga is recommended after your climbing session!

Warm Flow: This is a breath-based flow with the added benefits of heat. The studio is heated to 75 degrees to promote better blood circulation, which helps warm the muscles and increase flexibility. We move to music in a way that may feel challenging at times, but it will ultimately leave you feeling amazing both mentally and physically.
