1-10 climbers = $275

11-15 climbers = $350

16-20 climbers = $425

$100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The party price only counts the number of climbers. Spectators are free.

Party Details

  • 14 day advance reservation required for party bookings. If you need a sooner date, reach out to us at party@verticalview.com and we will do our best to make it happen. 

  • All guests, including spectators, must have a current Facility Waiver on file before arriving. All waivers signed prior to January 2024 have expired.

  • Parents or legal guardians of participants under the age of 18 must first sign the waiver for themselves and then for all minors.

  • Comfortable athletic wear is recommended. No skirts or dresses!

  • Climbing shoes are provided. However, if climbers prefer their shoes, athletic shoes are allowed on the climbing walls. Dress shoes, flip-flops, sandals, or bare feet are not permitted. 

  • Party participants do not have climbing access outside of the Party Room on the 2nd floor.

  • Encourage your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get everyone checked in at the front desk and to ensure waivers are on file.

  • You are welcome to come 30 minutes early to set up any fun extras for your party.  

  • Upon arrival, you and your guests will be greeted by the party host(s) and fitted with a climbing harness and shoes.

  • Parties are two hours long. The party belayers will begin to gather up gear about 15 minutes before the party’s end time to prepare for the next party.

Payment Details

  • The party price only counts the number of climbers. Spectators are free.

  • Full payment must be made at the front desk by the end of your party. One payment per party.

  • The number of belayers booked for your party is based on the tier selected. 24 hour advance notice is required to move down a pricing tier. Adjustments will be made at the time of payment if the number of participants in the party moves up to the next tier.

  • If you would like to leave a tip for your belayers, thank you! We ask that you include the tip at the time of full payment at the front desk. All tips are divided equally amongst our belayers.

Cancellation and Late Policies

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your party, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you provide at least seven days’ notice, you may reschedule or receive your deposit back in the form of a gift card that can be used towards any future purchase or booking at Vertical View. Any party canceled with less than seven days’ notice will forfeit their deposit.

Late Policy:

Please call the front desk (208-884-5611) to let us know you are running late. You will not be eligible to extend your party because you were late.
