Auto Belays

Auto Belays allow for a single person to rope climb while a machine takes up the slack as they climb. When the climber falls or reaches the top, the auto belay system engages and allows for a smooth desent to the ground. In order to use the auto belays at Vertical View, climbers must test off to show their proficiency with the auto belay system. Vertical View currently offers six auto belay systems with one to three routes on each of them!
