Nicole

Nicole found yoga at a tender time in her life, after being bedridden for a year in 2008 with chronic illness. While she initially started yoga as the only thing gentle enough to build back her strength and stamina, she discovered a life long passion, exploring the profound sense of well being it provided.

She trained extensively in Yoga Nidra, Thai partner yoga therapy, yoga teacher training and yoga therapy, always experimenting to discover what made it feel so good. Was it the moves? The harmonics? The breath? She loves the synergy of them in community, creating a space to cultivate trust, exploration and connection within.

Nicole believes you and your body are your most sage gurus. She facilitates as a guide and encourages you to honor your body and what it is communicating to you in each breath.

Her classes will empower you to meet yourself where you are and you’ll discover why that is the greatest possible place for you to be, while toning your body, calming your mind and saturating yourself with your innate powerful feel-good chemicals.
