Get ready for spring climbing season with our Spring Cleaning Adult Program! This 4-week course, held every Saturday from 10:00am-12:00pm, is designed to sharpen your climbing fundamentals, build strength, and refine movement techniques with the guidance of experienced instructors. Each week, we’ll focus on key climbing skills through discussions, drills, and structured climbing sessions tailored to help you progress.
Program Dates:
• Week 1: March 8 – One Foot in Front of the Other (Route planning & building strong positions)
• Week 2: March 15 – Tiptoe Through the Tulips (Precision footwork & capacity training)
• Week 3: March 22 – Twist and Shout (Hip positioning & power development)
• Week 4: April 5 – The Chain (Mind-body connection & training plans)
Pricing:
• $90 for members
• $100 for non-members
Note: Due to our instructors coaching at a USA Climbing competition in Utah, there will be a two-week break between Week 3 (March 22) and Week 4 (April 5). A practice plan will be provided for March 29.
